We accept returns within 60 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • Protective films, tags, or packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Final-sale items and clearance products are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

We will provide approval and return instructions.
Do not send items back before receiving our confirmation.

3. Refunds

After inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no cost.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable service.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Return your item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Late Refunds
